Welcome to our company, founded in 1984 by the Lopez Family in Gardena, California. Our family migrated to the United States from Guadalajara Jalisco in search of the American dream and the opportunity to open a business that produces meat products. Starting small, we cut meat products for retail customers and lunch trucks under USDA supervision. Our journey into making Salvadorean Chorizo began by coming up with a recipe and making a small batch to be offered to prospective stores and restaurants. After much offering and reaching out to different store chains our product was accepted and introduced into many Latin supermarkets, where our products currently sell. Today, our top-selling product is the Salvadorean Chorizo, known for its incomparable taste and quality. Throughout the years we have added many other products from different parts of the world such as: Mexican Chorizo, Longaniza, Chorizo Argentino, Chorizo Oaxaqueño, Longaniza Guatemalteca, Cecina de rez, Cecina de puerco, Chorizo español, Chorizo verde estilo toluca, and many more.
